Tools for running a small business on nostr — your shop owns its customers, messages and bookings, not a platform. These are working demos: try anything, nothing here is real.

How they fit

All three demos act for one shop, Juniper Barbers, with one nostr identity. None of them holds the shop's key. Instead each asks a separate signer for permission, and is only allowed what it needs: the booking tool can confirm appointments but can't change the shop's profile. Keyring is where the owner sees and controls all of that. Customers just use the nostr app they already have.

For the technically curious: NIP-17 DMs, NIP-46 remote signing with per-app policies, NIP-78 app data, a NIP-90 scheduler, NIP-98 logins.
